An entrepreneurial start-up company using six sigma methodologies needed to make a strong first impression and explain a complex subject matter in an accessible, intuitive manner. In addition to providing a logo, we designed a bold, yet very practical and future-proof media kit to promote their offering and to serve as a leave-behind for business development meetings. Using joyful, unexpected photography and vivid colors, this brochure creates an emotional response as soon as it is pulled from the envelope. |

African Diaspora Film Series Posters
For the last 2 years The Riverside Theatre in conjunction with ArtMattan Productions, has hosted the African Diaspora Summer Film Series. They needed promotional materials that reflected the beauty and diversity
of the collection of films and called on Spindel Studio to produce them. We designed a poster that folds to a mailer using
a distinctive design that showcases the award winning films. |

Relationship Management Kit
At a time when affluent people demand more and more of their financial services providers, USAA wanted to promote its integrated approach to helping clients with their financial challenges. This 24 page brochure represented the company’s first communication to a mass audience
regarding USAA Select, a new personalized
wealth management offering.
Designed to appeal to affluent, retired adults over 60, we provided a polished,
cohesive look and feel becoming this trusted brand. |

Media Kit
To promote Verdopolis, a summit promoting
sustainable practices in architecture, energy, design, food, and fashion, Spindel
Studio worked with leading nonprofit organization, Earth Pledge, to propose a media kit for the event. The materials needed to be distinctive enough to attract a jaded, design savvy audience of fashion industry insiders, architects and other design
professionals. However, size, paper and inks were all constraints as the kit also needed to be printed using sustainable practices and materials. The solution? We minimized the net use of materials and maximized use of space, building a pocket into the back of a brochure for modular placement of related materials while also encouraging reuse. |

Brochure
Using the environmental issues impacting their communities as the lens for educational course-work, students at this Brooklyn-based charter school discover how to become active, engaged citizens. Facing a critical start-up phase for
enrollment and parental invol- vement, UASUE hired Moss Appeal and Spindel Studio to design a logo and marketing materials that would convey
this important social mission and help pave the way for success.
